Hattiban Picnic 2025

On 5th April 2025, Sussol organized a lovely picnic day at Hattiban. The weather was nice and sunny. Some of us enjoyed the short hike while others enjoyed cycling to reach the destination. We enjoyed various activities such as freesbee, badminton, and group games which helped us build good bonds among the staff. Since, it was a staff – family picnic, we could see kids running and playing happily.
The Picnic was even more special because we celebrated Craig’s birthday. Martin and Rica also joined us for picnic. We also had a delicious food. Overall, it was a happy day and everyone enjoyed the day.
GRS visit 2025

Since Year 2005, nearly 20 years ago, Sustainable Solutions has been helping the British Gurkhas to digitally manage their annual application intake.
Every year with rules changes, we have had to adapt the software with changes.
This year with upgrades to the operating system and database changes, the work was major ! Hence we sent an army to Pokhara in the form of
Damber and Anil to oversee this highly critical mission.
Both Damber and Anil have confirmed that no
sightseeing was carried out !
First Training of the New Year 2025

Moneyworks Training
Sussol completed a two day Moneyworks training in Pokhara City. It was held from 27 to 28 January, with eight trainees of Asal Chhimekee Nepal (ACN).
The training was productive and provided valuable insights into new Moneyworks features. Participants found it useful in understanding asset register management, bank reconciliation, and cash receipt & payment functions. They also appreciated learning how to make minor edits to forms and reports, making the system more adaptable to their needs.
The training was conducted by Sanjeev, who is our Moneyworks Consultant.
Good Bye 2024

Sussol organised one day team meetup for all staff.
It was a time to reflect on the experiences and challenges faced in 2024, both personally and professionally. Colleagues shared insights and lessons learned from work and life over the past year.
The meeting also focused on planning for the coming year with emphasis on growing together as a team. Additionally, discussions took place regarding staffing requirements for the upcoming year.
Freezing yet wonderful Nightout 2024

Sustainable Solutions organised a 2 days conference and training for the staff. It was held on 23rd November to 24th November 2024 at Aagantuk Resort, Banepa. There were a total of 18 people present at the conference including the facilitators or directors of the company. Major subject of the conference was reviewing the past, present and future journey of the company, Training session and games were held to improve the staff comradery.
Moneyworks Basic training 2024

Our Sustainable Solutions team has got one of the best recreational tools ever invented: Table Tennis! We all enjoy a break from their work to play table tennis with our workmates.
We occasionally have a doubles tournament with real prize money ;-) Congratulations to Damber and Sanjeev, for winning the first tournament!

It was a time to reflect on Year 2023 and share the experience of life & work among the colleagues.
Plans for upcoming year 2024 were discussed. Also further staffing needs were evaluated.
Work conference and Retreat 2023

Sustainable Solutions organised a 2 days conference and retreat for the staff and their families. It was held on 30 Sept 2024 at Tayo Eco Resort, Bhaktapur.
A workshop was organised to discuss the future of our work and upcoming projects. Team building activities were carried out with family members taking part.
